Who Can Enter?
“Moorpark Has Talent” is open to individuals of all ages who meet one the following criteria:
Reside in Moorpark
Attend school (K-College) or work in Moorpark
Volunteer with a Moorpark organization
Entrants must be amateur performers, defined as those without agents or representatives, not part of a performers union, and who have never been paid more than $1,000 for a performance. Acts are limited to 5 minutes, featuring one song only. In the case of a medley, the music must be continuous.

In keeping with the family-friendly atmosphere, “Moorpark Has Talent” enforces a strict policy against profanity, weapons, or dangerous equipment during performances.
